Toulon Chicago Niagara - Monsieur Z

The title "Niagara" refers tout the name of one of the establishment of the Old Toulon (called Chicago" because of its sulfurous atmosphere from the 40's to the 60's.

It was a difficult neighborhood of Toulon in the 60's, with its narrow streets and its proximity from Toulon Arsenal. From this time, nothing stayed the same, but this lovely illustration by Monsieur Z can make you remember this ancient time.
